Why do we still have to queue

Why do we still have to queue in this world of everything online? We can get government assistance and certificates at home and through mobile.


What are Akshaya Centars? Why are they set up? Are we getting certificates and other services only through Akshaya?

When we go to government offices for a number of certificates, we hear that the answer is now through Akshaya. But we don't really need to go to Akshaya. Government services can be performed by any citizen online.
